About Mrs. Lime

Miss Tomato?

November 16th, 2006 @ 1:28 pm by Mrs. Lime

Mr. Lime loves tomatoes. He also loves ketchup. I also heart fresh tomatoes however, I don’t like ketchup much. I do love it once I mix some Tabasco and fresh-ground pepper in, though. I also like it fine when it’s already on foods that require it such as burgers, meatloaf, etc.

I was looking at an older MS Weddings issue last night while trying to sleep, and I loved the picnic wedding spread in the Summer 2006 issue, although it probably isn’t quite “us.”

Then I got the following from my BFF Bridal newsletter this morning, which I think could be perfect favors or part of the box lunches shown in that spread:

P.S. I know my ideas are all over the place right now, as you can tell from my entries. I need a charette day or something to force myself to sit down, focus in on what we really want and what is appropriate for us, and make some decisive event design direction decisions.

The mini ketchup is SO cute! My mom has one.

Your ketchup mixture sounds like something my FI would concoct. Hot and spicy!

OMG! So cute! Personalized food items rule! Perhaps this is one step in the direction of red-aqua/blue-white?

I love fresh tomato, and not really a big fan of ketchup as well… Maybe you can elaborate tomatoes as your place card holders?
