Out on a line

November 16th, 2006 @ 1:51 pm by Mrs. Strawberry

I really want a unique way to display our ceremony programs. I’m leaning towards having a clothes line hang between two trees at the church, and having the programs clipped to the line. Here are a few examples of what I’m going for:

How cool! I think if you painted the clothespins something that coordinated it would look neat too. And if the programs weren’t all the same, it would look even more interesting.

I love this idea! I have seen it in several knot bios and I really want to do something like this with our placecards since our venue is outside. Now the challenge is finding two trees where i can do this, or i suppose I could get two big poles or something and plant them in the ground. The poles would have to be pretty of course.

A bride I worked with in June did this in her outside wedding with the placecards and they were a hit!!!

If you’re having an outdoor wedding, this would work perfectly! I love the details!

How about adding a bow/ribbon on each clothespin? If not a bow, maybe glue a 4-inch strip along the wooden outsides.
