New Toy!

Guess what I just got?

jewelry-cleaner.jpg

Oh yes, I likes me’s new Ultrasonic :D. I put a couple drops of dish soap in with the tap water, gave my e-ring about 6 minutes in the thing, and it came out just as sparkly as it looks when I get it cleaned at the jewelry store!

I highly recommend getting your own. Mine was a steal; just $12.49 at Aldi* (a jewelry cleaner? At Aldi? Yep.).

But I *must* reiterate, having a home jewelry cleaner does not mean you never need to take your e-ring in to the jewelry store. The store will be able to check your prongs and make sure no stones are loose, and many e-ring insurance policies require periodic inspections :).

*Aldi is grocery store chain in the midwest.

Man, I totally want one. But I was told it can be a little iffy if you have teeny pave diamonds, they can fall out. And I don’t want my little guys falling out!! :( Still, totally want it.
