After a lot of clamor for a Chicago bride, we’re happy to announce Miss Emerald!

The very talented Miss Plumeria (who’s a graphic designer when she’s not planning her wedding or writing on weddingbee ;)) is working on Miss Emerald’s character right now. But I was excited about our new addition so I had to share!

About Me: I am so thrilled to be the first Chicago weddingbee!! I have been reading weddingbee from the days when Mrs. Bee was still a Miss, and am excited to share my wedding planning journey with you all for the next 9 months or so. I have been dreaming about my wedding forever, and flipping through bridal magazines since high school, so I am in my element! I am calling our theme “Vintage Inspired French/Asian Fusion.” Mr. Emerald is very involved in the planning process, but of course he generally defers to me cuz I have a strong opinion of how I want everything to be :).
