About Mrs. Lily

No, No, No!

December 6th, 2006 @ 10:28 am by Mrs. Lily

I will not change my mind, I will not change my mind…!!!

Don’t you just hate it when you finally decide on something and then you see something else you love and get all confused? That’s just what happened to me. I was all set to order my bridesmaid dresses, which I desperately need to do, when I stumbled across Little Flowers by Oddyssey. Not only are their bridesmaid dresses super cute, but the flower-girl dresses are fantastic!

Here are some examples of dresses I liked. For the bridesmaids:

I like Drew for the bridesmaids, and the miranda in brown and white for the flower girls.

They’re gorgeous! But spendy! Too much for me to ask them to spend, I think. Hey, anyone know of somewhere that has good jr bridesmaid dresses, that will do custom sizing? I have a niece who is rather overweight, and also very tall for her age. She’s also the youngest jr bridesmaid, she’ll be 10. The others are 15, 13, and 11. (I’m having a matron of honor, the jr bridesmaids, and a flowergirl.) I know the 15 yr old won’t want to wear something babyish, and besides she’s in jr sizing. The younger girls still wear girls’ sizes, I believe. I was looking at Pegeen, but they only have one dress that doesn’t scream “flowergirl,” and even that will be the wrong sizing for the 15 yr old. Maybe I could put the 10 & 11 year olds in Pegeens, similar to the flowergirl, and the older girls in real bridesmaids outfits? It’s a pickle! Suggestions?
