Digital Picture Frame

December 14th, 2006 @ 1:21 pm by Mrs. Bee

Mr. Bee received a digital picture frame from a company he works with as a Christmas gift. Knowing how much I love all things gadget, he gave it to me. When I hosted a bachelorette party for Mrs. Snail at my apartment a couple weeks ago, I loaded the digital picture frame with pictures of all the guests and everyone loved it!

Digital Picture Frames can get quite pricey, but I found several in the $100 range. Tiger Direct offers this 7″ diagonal display digital picture frame for $109.99. All you have to do is pop your media card into the frame to watch a slideshow. It also comes with a remote, has speakers, and plays mp3’s! (via nymetro bestbets)

It’s perfect for that gadgety groomsman or bridesmaid. Or you could use it at an engagement party/bridal shower/rehearsal dinner/wedding to instantly showcase pictures from earlier that evening. And of course you can use it to load any pictures you want after the wedding. This would make an awesome gift for anyone because I love mine! :D

Oooh…you have one?! Lucky! I’ve been wanting one considering I’m a picture whore but also too cheap to print them out. But yes..those frames are expensive.

I’d like to use it at the guestbook table as well but I wonder how long the batteries last?

Kohls and Linens and things have them for under $100 bucks with their 20% coupon that you can usually find online.

That’s what the parents are getting for christmas - with wedding photos!

So not quite wedding-related, but I saw this at Brookstone and thought it was super cute!

We went to a wedding recently and they used digital picture frames as their table numbers. They loaded their engagement pictures on it and would intermittently flash the table number.

My uncle’s company makes digital photo frame, and I think the listing price will be $59.99 in the US market starting next year. I will ask him for more detail.
