I found out after my undergarment post that reader ocicats and I are dress twins (Pronovias Neptuno). While browsing through LIWeddings, I noticed that there are other twins like date twins, venue twins, BM dress twins.
What is most interesting to me about dress twins is that every dress does not look completely the same because of how we accessorize it. I think I have the whole outfit ready now.
What accessories are you planning to wear on your day of?

Hi there dress twin. I am wearing a fingertip veil, Kate Spade Maddie shoes, and an orchid in my hair. I should start thinking about what type of jewelry to wear.

I have almost all of my accessories! I have red shoes, an elbow length veil, tiara, and matching necklace and earrings. I found a wonderful lady through Etsy (thank you WeddingBee for leading me to this site) who is making all the jewelry for my bridesmaids, flowergirls, and moms. I was jealous of their beautiful jewelry, so I’m going to have her make me a bracelet, too! I know it may seem like I’m wearing a lot of jewelry, but my dress is very simple, no beading whatsoever, so I’m adding my glitz through my accessories.

where are your earrings from? i’ve been looking for something like that! maybe we can be earring twins… haha. ^_^
i ordered a pronovias gown too, but it’s the ‘ideal’ style. (which was interesting when i was calling around to compare prices. telling them i wanted the ideal style, hehe.) the only accessories i have so far are my earrings. i’ve been trying to find some shoes and have found a few i like, but nothing that i’ve fallen in love with and knew that they were ‘the’ pair like i knew it was ‘the’ dress.

thea - can you tell me where you ordered your pronovias ideal dress? how much did you pay for it?
I posted this dress for sale in classifieds if anyone is interested. It’s brand new with tags. Size 6.
