Wedding Movies

December 18th, 2006 @ 11:28 am by Mrs. Blueberry

Baby, it’s cold outside! So what’s better than curling up with your honey and a great wedding-related movie? Nothing! (god I’m cheesy :P).

Here are some wedding movies I can think of, off the top of my head:

Father of the Bride
The Wedding Singer
The Wedding Planner
Wedding Crashers (not sure if this should count :P)
My Big Fat Greek Wedding
The Wedding Date
My Best Friend’s Wedding

I know I’m forgetting a whole lot….what are some of your favorite wedding movies?

I know its not exactly a wedding movie, but “Love Actually” ESPECIALLY the wedding scene where all the musicians pop up playing from the audience…I LOVE IT!!!

(hehe, my FI bought me the dvd, and I told him that part of the present of giving a dvd to someone is watching it without complaining whenever the recepient want. He now regrets that birthday present intensely.)

CS, that was the first movie Mr. Kiwi and I saw this redating, and I LOVE it. That’s what made me want “All You need is love” in our ceremony! We watch it all the time! Mr. Kiwi will only watch a few wedding movies, Love Actually and the Wedding Singer. :)

Father of the Bride is by far my favorite. I watched it every day for about three years…still have it memorized. That movie made weddings what they are today, I think!

I love the Graduate wedding scene! I also loved Wedding Crashers and Jean de Florette or maybe it was Manon of the Spring.

In&Out. They had the most amazing scene reception planned and I loved his Barbara Streisand Bachelor party.
