Don’t Forget To Eat

December 21st, 2006 @ 5:39 pm by Mrs. Bee

A lot of brides forget to set aside time to eat before their wedding, and they’re so busy with hair, makeup, pictures, that they often can’t find any time to eat.

I saw this idea in the most recent issue of Martha Stewart Weddings and thought it was super cute and smart - pack yourself and your bridesmaids a lunchbox the night before, so you’ll have something to eat while you’re running around on the wedding day. MS featured these lunchboxes from the Container Store decorated with ribbon and stickers of the bridesmaids’ names, but I think retro lunchboxes that fit your bridesmaids’ personalities are a lot of fun too.

It can be a thoughtful little day of thank you gift, because it’s hard work to be a bridesmaid. :) Lunchboxes are also an awesome way to package gifts for your flower girl and ringbearer. Find this lunchbox and more at lunchboxes.com.

This is such a great idea! I’ve seen so many brides get lightheaded on their wedding day, not because they’re nervous, although most are, but it’s because they’ve forgotten to eat! They get wrapped up in all the events of the day, that they forget something so important! The lunch box is such a clever and cute mini gift for your bridesmaids, who will probably also be starving for a mid day bite!
