We’d been wanting to do this for quite some time and finally got around to it today - we created a flickr account for weddingbee!

If tag your pictures with “weddingbee” in Flickr or Xanga, we’ll search for them regularly and you just might see them featured in a future weddingbee post. We’re looking for pictures of your wedding, bridal shower, diy projects, ideas - anything and everything that you think will help and inspire the weddingbee community.

You can add as many tags to an image as you want, as long as you add “weddingbee” too. Also please try to add descriptions so we know what your photo is all about.

I’ve created several Flickr group photo pools - “Bouquets,” “Centerpieces,” and “Boutonnierres” - where I’ve uploaded a couple of pictures from my own wedding. Join our groups to contribute your pictures to these thematic pools. Adding your image to a group is easy - first join the group, then click on “send to group” above the image you’d like to add, and select the group you’d like to send the image to.

We’ll be creating more groups in the future so stay tuned. This should be a lot of fun and a great way for all of us to share our beautiful weddings and ideas!
