Bedtime Gear – Adult Onesies

December 28th, 2006 @ 11:40 am by Mrs. Apple

My cousin’s friend got adult onesies for Christmas similar to these at Dance Store. I thought they looked terribly cute on her and am seriously considering on purchasing one for myself ! They look so comfortable – I mean what could possibily be more comfortable than relaxing at home in flannel during the freezing winters?

They even have these Drop Seat Back Footy Pajamas! hargh hargh hargh.

My bedtime gear usually consists of anything that is warm, fuzzy, and clean – so these adult onesies would be perfect! I’m not much of a Victoria Secret black lace teddy dressing kind of girl, but more of a mix match of cotton Hello Kitty long sleeved shirts and VS cotton sweat pants.

Maybe I should get a matching one for the soon to be hubby? Do you think your fiance/husband would even consider wearing it? Guys do like wearing cotton flannels, yes?

i found onesie (oh nee zee, as a friend pronounces it) pj’s uncomfy even as a kid. even with the butt panel, i think going to the bathroom would be uncomfy. it already makes me grumpy when i have to wake up in the middle of the night, and fiddling with that would make me downright mad!

most guys i know would never ever be caught dead in that. my ex-stepdad used to wear them, though, and apparently my mom found it cute (gag).

it’s not quite as cold here, though, and it seems a good way to keep warm. to each their own!

Hee hee…I got those in fleece as a Christmas present a couple years ago after I complained about my pj pants riding up in my sleep. I’ve rarely worn it though because the one I got is a little too big and everyone who saw me wear it thought I was weird/crazy!

I doubt any guy would wear it. My guy roommate at the time even tried it on just so everyone in the house could laugh about it. =(

i got my friend a pair as a bridal shower gift as a joke, kind of like on those nights when you just don’t wanna. turns out she LOVED them since they go camping a lot. figures. lol.

my guy just wears shorts and a tshirt to bed. i highly doubt i’ll be able to talk him into touching a pair of those.

I have a J. Crew romper. It doesn’t have a butt flap, and I like it that way.

Am I the only one who’d want to sew a bunny tail to them?

Seriously, they would be perfect for camping.

My roommate and I bought matching onesie pajamas and they are SO COMFORTBALE!!! I can’t wear them to bed because I hate my feet being covered by anything (i.e. socks) and they have booties but they are soooo comfortable I love them!

All of my co-workers (men included) are going to get a pair of those to wear at the Halloween party and our department winter bash this year. They’ve even been included in celebrity gift bags, so you know they’re a hit. Also, I think any man fun enough to try these out is secure and sexy. For the biggest selection, check out http://jumpinjammerz.com
