I think we might add yet another item to our ever growing *small* candy buffet.
It’s called Pashmak or Persian Fairy Floss. It’s a cotton candy or sorts, made from sesame oil and sugar. It’s delicious to say the least. It comes in a variety of flavors such as:
Chocolate
Pistachio
Saffron
Rose
Vanilla

Does anyone know where to get cones like the one in this picture? Its such a good way to serve diffent finger foods, or finger dessert.
