I think we might add yet another item to our ever growing *small* candy buffet.
It’s called Pashmak or Persian Fairy Floss. It’s a cotton candy or sorts, made from sesame oil and sugar. It’s delicious to say the least. It comes in a variety of flavors such as:
Chocolate
Pistachio
Saffron
Rose
Vanilla
So cute. I love pashmak. Its like cotton candy, but better. I’m copying you and adding it to our dessert bar. Thanks!

Does anyone know where to get cones like the one in this picture? Its such a good way to serve diffent finger foods, or finger dessert.
