I am looking for inexpensive initial pins like this:

I have been scouring ebay and google for like a month now, but can’t find anything under $20 (the one pictured above is close to $30). I need 5 of them in different letters. I remember these monogram brooches used to be all the rage a few years ago, and you could find them in any department store like Sears, but not so much anymore. I would even be willing to DIY the crystals if someone could tell me where to get the backing. Has anyone seen them recently?

I found plain metal monogram ’stocking pins’ at target a few days ago in their Christmas section. The pickings are probably slim now, but it might be worth looking. You would have to glue on the crystals, but I’ve found the glue made specifically for the crystals works super well on any surface (tee shirts to glass).

Hi Miss Emerald! I love this idea too. I looked at a bunch of sites also but did not want to pay that much money. I was going to go to the Korean Store on Lawernce and Broadway in Chicago. There are a bunch of wholesale stores to buy jewelry like this for incredibly low prices. I was going to buy the initial pins and make bouquet jewelry out of them with a soldering gun. Last time I went shopping at those stores, there was a ton of stuff like this!
