Thanks for doing a Seattle one!! I was beginning to wonder if all the local girls just aren’t “into it” when it comes to making a good Knottie site.
SueW- you can deff do one for spring/early summer wreaths. She has berries on them but you an put spring flowers on them instead with the letters. Or even flowers that matches your reception flowers and after you can hang them behind your chairs.

i was wondering what oct142006bride’s budget was like…? i probably won’t be able to come close, but she had a lot of elements that i would like to have as far as ceremony & reception location & decor, etc.. plus a similar color scheme.

i was trying really hard to think of a clean, yet unique way of doing the alter. finally, i came up with the glass globes with flowers and candles idea. i bought the glass globes from cb2.com. my friend, sharon, who’s starting her own event design company hung it up at the alter for me. it looked simple, but it was a pretty big production.
