Miss Lily, I do! I didn’t right before ex-mas and got some things! I was shocked. Honestly, I think a LOT of people do this. I do it mainly b/c Crate and Barrel needs updating a lot, some things discontinue, like you said. You really can’t help it, right?

i peek all the time! a large part of ti though is that many of our items have either disappeared, been discontinued or some other product-related issue. we have to keep updating!

but! a large part of is my desire to peek too =X

Frequent peeking helps me to balance out and update the registry. Plus you can register for your “top priority” stuff first, and as those needs decrease, add on less crucial or more frivolous stuff. Otherwise, the registry could end up with only expensive stuff left, or only dinky stuff left, not giving guests much selection. Also, some brands/items can be registered for at different stores, so if guests aren’t using one registry, you could register for identical items at the other store instead.
