Along with my hair trial, Sachiko is also going to be doing my makeup trial. I’ve been looking at a few pictures, and here are the ones I’ve liked so far.

I love how fun & flirty Evangeline Lilly in #1 looks. But I’m wondering how it will turn out on an Asian girl. Another look I love is the #4 cat-eye look that Lindsay Lohan has been sporting lately. Very sultry, very sexy. The #5 look however is a more softer romantic look. I think 2 and 3 are more understated elegance type looks - very clean, but still very beautiful. I’m leaning more towards a look with more impact, hence my faves here are 1 and 4.

Here’s a picture of us as we are about to leave for a night on the town. You can’t really see my makeup that well, because my hair is in my face. But I was loving the look I had that evening.

Classic romantic makeup is timeless. Pick tones that will complement your skin and your flowers.

Ladies, are you doing a more neutral or colored lip? Glossy or matte? I haven’t done a colored lip in so long that it looked like the 80s when I tried it for fun yesterday. Sheesh!

Who is that/where did you get the picture for #3? I love the cheeks and lips and would like to show that to my makeup person. If you’d be willing to share it my mail is pandora 3 at hot mail dot com.

Sorry, I don’t really have any advice, I think you’ll look very pretty either way. If I had to pick, I’d say try #1 & #4 to see which you like better. I’d like #5 better if it had less eyeliner underneath the eye. In my (minimal) experience that can get very smooshed looking after a long day, moreso if you cry.
