Since I’ve always known I’d wear a corset on our wedding day, I spend a lot of time at Fredrick’s of Hollywood’s online shop. Not only do they have tons of corsets, but they also have bras to fit my “full-figured” figure. Now they have something new, called the Premiere Line which comes in two different kits: the Lower Kit and the Upper Kit. It’s basically things they say you need to help define your assets.
The lower body kit includes: TLC low rise short, Bottom Line Boy Short with silicone insert, Booty Booster Derriere Pads and Pick Me Up Derriere Bands. Wow. Ass pads. This kit is available in S, M, and L, and is $110.00.
The upper body kit includes: two pairs of silicone gel petals (in small and medium) with travel case, Flex Body Bra, 48 pieces of Stuck Up Fashion Tape in two widths (24 straight and 24 curved) and two Cleavage Clasp adhesive bras. This kit is available in B, C, or D cups and in “nude” color for $125.00.
These products were created by two top Hollywood stylists based on their clients’ red carpet needs, and have been getting rave reviews everywhere. They can pretty much take care of all your undergarment needs. But the idea of being taped, padded and pushed up within an inch of my life isn’t too appealing a thought on my wedding day. What do you think? Are you using any special undergarments to enhance and/or minimize?

Nope. My fiance loves me as is, and that’s enough for me. I don’t need to pretend I’m something I’m not. Hehe.
I totally agree with all of you. I don’t even want to KNOW what those ass band things are.
I’m just wearing a corset to squish in that belly so the dress fits better.

Ohhh I saw these on Extra or Access Hollywood (one of those celeb watch-type shows). Hahah they showed a woman modeling the ass pads…it looked really weird and unnatural. Pretty funny though.

I really hope that everyone appreciates her body enough to keep any of this stuff to a minimum. Sure, we may be using tummy shrinking panties or whatever, but the whole shebang? Sheesh. Talk about making money off of women’s insecurities!
My dress has a corset-laced top and I’m small busted, so I plan to either just wear panties and a garter, or I may wear a NuBra to give the girls a little more shape under the dress.
Just what every groom fantasizes his bride is wearing under the gown! You can tell this is an EAST coast blog, ha ha.
But seriously — anyone have a good experience/impression with the Spanx line? At sample sales, I noticed a lot of brides-to-be wearing these types of body slimmers.
hehe, Iris, I’m glad I’m not the only one who thought about what the groom’s reaction would be to take off the dress and see all the padding and elastic and tape… very sexy, I’m sure.
spanx are totally awesome. they just came out with bridal spanx too - i’ve used the higher power under dresses and they really work. everyone i know swears by them. 
I can understand why celebrities might wear something like this, their image is constantly under scrutiny. That being said, wouldn’t it be noticible if you grew a giant ass and big boobs all of a sudden? And then go back to normal the next day?
Also, when I saw the description of this, I immediately thought it would be a great thing for a cross dressing man to buy
The fredericks kit is such a rip off. Just buy the pieces you need seperately from a place that sells quality stuff.
they are totally knocking off Bubbles Butt Boosters for this kit! I ordered the kit and the pick-me up bands are a cheapo copy of the bubbles ThighShapers (which I’ve been wearing for 2 years). the fredericks one roll up on the bootom and have a big bump that shows through clothes at the seam of the elastic and the hosiery.
fredericks is just cheap.
