Too Bad I’m Not Rustic Enough

January 26th, 2007 @ 10:33 am by Mrs. Lime

I found these candleholders that would make superior (IMO), more colorful subsitutues anywhere else you might use hurricanes, floral arrangements, or luminaries. I can see them grouped on the placecard table, lining a walkway, or used as or part of a centerpiece.

One of them is in my colors (albeit a saturated version of my colors). Too bad they’re on the pricey side…DIY, anyone? Too bad they’re not suited to my event, too, as I and my wedding are a not quite rustic enough. :(

Barn Roof Lanterns
RETRO CIRCLE LAMP SET
Crafted from the tin of vintage barn roofs, this set of four colorful lanterns adds a charming rustic light to your yard. With holes like Swiss cheese, the whimsical lanterns are a fun and appealing accent. Just set the tea lights (included) inside, and watch the flames flicker through. Sold as a set of four. Because this item is made from recycled materials it contains imperfections including rust, nail holes and dirt. It is also expected to continue rusting over time.

Those are really cute. My wedding is rustic enough but there is no more room in my budget for things like this:(
