I’ve decided to part with my veil. As much as I loved my veil and the way it made me look in pictures, I only wore it for the ceremony (a grand total of 30 minutes). It’s a two layer, ivory veil with ivory trimming along the bottom. It’s been tailored so that the two layers are evenly spaced apart throughout the entire bottom. Kinda hard to explain…but either way, it looks awesome.
That’s the only picture that I have right now which shows the veil on me. I can find some more pictures later if anyone is interested.
Anyway, if you want it, please just comment and tell me when your wedding is so that I can ship it out on time. I will be choosing a winner randomly! The deadline is this Sunday, February 4th, at midnight. Good luck!!

I love it..my dress is also ivory..casablanca 1807..I am desperate for an affordable veil.I drove to 12 bridal shops looking for a deal on my dress..and I finally found it..so yeah a great deal on a veil would be nice=)…wedding is Sept. 22, 2007. that’s the exact kind of veil I’m currently shopping for. my dress is ivory and beaded and I need a simply classic veil to go with it. my budget is running seriously low… i almost bought a veil on ebay for $9! lol. so this would be an incredible gift to win.

I had been struggling with choosing a veil. Yours looks like it would be perfect for my dress.
Initially I had been planning a beach wedding so I chose a dress fairly simple and casual and decided to go no veil.
Unfortunately, that plan fell through and now I am planning a wedding in an event hall, that is a bit more formal.
Since my dress is so simple, I have been looking for a veil that was simple (not to overpower my dress) but that would make my dress stand out and also stand up to the surrounding.
I think your veil would be absolutely PERFECT. Simple yet elegant ans special and would dress up any dress…

wow, i would love to use your veil. my wedding date is on may 27, 2007. i’ve been back and forth about deciding if i should use a veil at all, but i realized that maybe i should. it’s hard to justify spending $150 on a veil that i would be wearing for 30 min, also i’m waaaaaaay over my wedding budget. i was thinking that if i were to use your veil, i could pass along your veil to the next weddingbee reader…wouldn’t that be awesome? so at least another bride can get some use out of it. who knows, maybe it can be like that movie “sisterhood of the traveling pants” but instead it would be “sisterhood of the traveling veil”. well anyways, hope your veil goes to a well-deserving bride!
