In a slightly more funny vein - my FI’s sister and her best friend growing up used to dream about their wedding when they were little girls. FI’s sister had a “dream dress” that she had drawn and was sure that it would be her dress. She was actually very ahead of her time wanting a blue sash that came all the way down the back of the dress and a simple white a-line sillouette, and this was in the 80’s!

Anyway, years later, the friend got married (FI’s sister is still not married, not like there’s a rush on it, she’s only 25), and lo and behold - there was “THE” dress, made from scratch by a seamstress for the friend according to *ahem* her design. FI’s sister was a bridesmaid and had to smile through the whole thing…

I love Postsecret–read it every Sunday. That second postcard makes me so sad…

I like the top one. I can only imagine… I’d have probably beat her over the head with the bouquet. It reminds me of the Sex and the City where the girl steals Charlotte’s baby name…
