My extremely busy schedule, deadlines, THAT time of the month and puppy troubles have had me in a bit of a funk for the past week. I’ve been tearing my hair out about the little things, and any mention of bridal plans sent me into a twitching fit. It’s a good thing Mr. Lemon wasn’t around to see my endless grumpy fit… or perhaps his absence contributed to it as well. Either way I’ve been seconds away from a breakdown all week long. All that changed today when I received a trifecta of happy news:

1) Mr. Lemon booked our honeymoon tickets for St. Kitts! Five months from today, we’ll be spending a week enjoying the sand, surf and monkeys of the Carribean paradise.

2) I’m one of the lucky FIVE recipients of a makeover courtesy of “The Bride and Bloom” magazine! I had sent an application after Miss Plum blogged about it here, but I also got notes from my mom and another friend to apply due to their craigslist advertisement. They called today to see if I was available, and it looks like it will be happening two weeks from now!

3) We’ve been invited to attend one of the many pre-Oscar awards ceremonies here in LA by Mr. Lemon’s uncle! Who doesn’t love getting dressed up and eating well!

Oh happy happy day! Now I just have to keep my eye on these prizes and get through the rest of this hectic month… and breathe more.

AGHHH, I LOVE Bride and Bloom mag!! It is sooo gorgeous. Usually I cut up all my wedding mags and pull out all my fave pics. But I absolutely cannot bear to do that with Bride and Bloom cuz I love ALL the pics and want to keep the mag intact. I’m *so* jealous, hehe.

Sigghhh, my dream is to go to one of those oscar parties. hahaha, I keep telling Mr. Peach I wanna go to one, so he besta be successful in his career! (he does computer animation) ^_^
