Is it truly possible? Did Mr. Blueberry really just decide on a wedding band?!
What a journey it has been…since our first visit back to Neustaedter’s after getting engaged, Mr. Blueberry (and I!) have been casually browsing for the perfect wedding band for him. At different points in time he considered a plain white gold band, various styles by Novell, and even explored palladium and tungsten. But finally, after at least a year of searching, we’ve got…
From e-weddingbands.com, it’s 6.5mm wide, black and gray titanium. And he actually, really, truly likes it! What more could you ask for?
We’ll order it tomorrow, after a quick stop by the jeweler to make sure he’s still a size 7.5 (comfort fit sizes run slightly off from standard sizing). 
Am I the only one whose fiance had a hard time finding a wedding band?

We haven’t gone looking yet. Should I be nervous? Maybe we should go look this weekend. The wedding’s only 3.5 months away. I haven’t looked for mine, either, but I think I just want plain. I’d like something decorated–not gems, my fiance doesn’t like gems in a wedding band–but I haven’t seen anything I liked, and it’s probably too late to do something custom. There are little leaves on my engagement ring, and they would be pretty repeated on a band, but I’d have to find someone NOW who could do that in platinum to match. Hmmm. Anyone have a suggestion? I’m just afraid I’ll have it designed and then decide it’s too busy! There just aren’t a lot of decorated bands out there, everything’s covered with diamonds these days.
Mine found his pretty quickly - and pretty cheaply! A bonus! 
After making my FI look at rings online he got an idea of what he wanted. He decided on a White Gold, modern looking style. Then, we were at Costco and he saw one he REALLY liked. It looked NOTHING like the ones he liked online. It was two-tone and had very traditional etching on it. He tried on the modern ones and the two-tone one. The only one that looked good was the two-tone one. Costco only sells size 10, so we went to the jeweler where my e-ring is from and they had a Novell ring that was very similar. They ordered it and it came in. My FI loves it!
Good idea re-sizing his finger-my boyfriend tried to tell me his high school ring still fit him, only to get it stuck on his finger
