About Mrs. Blueberry

Thank You!!!

February 15th, 2007 @ 4:56 pm by Mrs. Blueberry

Thank you, everyone for convincing me that I don’t need a necklace with my wedding gown…it’s something I hadn’t even considered! You all kindly pointed out the obvious solution. :-)

I’ll still bring my strand of pearls to my fitting on Sat. and try it on with the dress, but I think I’ll be going necklace-less on the big day. :-)

I do think I’ll wear my simple, 5mm pearl bracelet, though. Bracelet + earrings shouldn’t be overload, should it?

Nony Mouse

Certainly not! I wore earrings (no necklace), bracelets, a broach on my sash and my e-ring on my right hand down the aisle. One of my bracelets was aquamarine that was a Christmas present last year, the other my Aunt had made for me two days before (she just started making them out of crystal - my bridesmaids got them as gifts in the same dark green as their dresses). I simply couldn’t find a necklace that looked good with the neckline and color of my dress, so I went without.

a bracelet and earrings are just fine. with all the decoration on the bodice of the dress you’re good.
