Bridal Shows In NY & LA

February 21st, 2007 @ 6:21 pm by Mrs. Bee

There are two bridal shows going on this weekend on opposite coasts:

The Patina Bride: Interactive Bridal Showcase
Walt Disney Concert Hall (Los Angeles, CA)
Sunday, Feb. 25 @ 11 am - 3 pm

Tickets are $35 each but only $17.50 if you order them through Goldstar Events.

The Bridal Event
The Pierre Hotel (NY, NY)
Saturday, Feb. 24 @ 10 am - 4 pm

Tickets are $20 at the door.

I’m generally not a fan of most bridal shows, but thought the Bridal Event was worth attending. I’m going to attend again this year to see what’s new in the wedding world, and because I want to take a look at the different wedding album options out there. We still haven’t made our albums - the shame! 8O

I’ll probably head there between 12-1, so let me know if you’d like to meet up or say hello!

I just got my invite to the show, but wasn’t sure if it was worth it. I have been to some bridal shows and didn’t like them at all. Do you really think this one is worth it ?

Do you know how to get the coupon for the Bridal Event in NYC? I told it to send me a coupon so I can get my ticket early on line and I never got anything. How do you get a discount or how much do they cost if you get them before you are there? Thanks.

the deadline for getting the coupon expired. sorry bout that!

lissette - it depends what you want to get out of the show. even if you don’t book the vendors that you see at the show, it’s an opportunity to see the different styles out there, talk with a bunch of vendors, get ideas for price, etc. it helps that there are a lot of vendors in one place for the experience of it all.

oh and most of the vendors at the bridal event wil be photographers.

i hope that helps!
