Opportunity For A Bridezilla Moment

A few weekends ago, Mr. Lime and I spent a night at my mom’s on our way up to the mountain. We were chillin’ with her after returning from snowboarding (I can only hang for half a day), and she mentioned how she was planning on wearing ivory to my wedding. I said, “But only the BRIDE should be wearing white or ivory on that day,” in my best teasing, pouty, “I’m your spoiled baby girl” (hard to do since I’m your textbook firstborn) way. She and Mr. Lime just laughed at me.

Even as I was saying what I said, I realized that I’m really okay with it. I was more surprised that she didn’t want to wear a hanbok (traditional Korean dress). Oh, and my dress is diamond white, after all .

that’s actually fairly surprising! my friend’s fmil bought herself a wedding-y white dress for their wedding. my friend actually doesn’t care that much in terms of how it’s going to steal her thunder… she’s more worried about people talking.
