We are back from a couple of days in Western New York for our reception food tasting, and all I can say is YUM!
We loved most of the dishes we were selecting from. 3 of the 4 we selected are below….
Grilled Lamb with Rosemary Jus and smashed potatoes
Roast Natural Chicken with Kennet Square Mushrooms and smashed potatoes

food looks soooooooooo yummy, but it’s actually mashed potatoes, not Smashed potatoes 
no, they are smashed potatoes because they left the skins on the potatoes when they mashed them
