Up and coming fashion designer Lela Rose recently entered the bridal world, showing her first collection of wedding dresses this season. Her gowns have simple shapes, but feature unconventional fabrics (like muslin) with lots of texture and interesting details. They’re perfect for the fashion-conscious bride who’s looking for a classic dress with a twist.
What I love most is that she hand stitches your wedding date with blue thread inside the dress, and packs it in a box filled with pictures of strong women.
Some of her dresses have a flowy Claire Pettibone feel to them, while others are more architecturally inspired like those of Romona Keveza. Take a gander at her lovely new collection:

From what I’ve read, she dresses also include the little loop to put around your wrist in lieu of a bustle! How cool is that?

they’re on the pricier side. i don’t know the exact range, but i saw one for around $5000.

Does anyone know of another designer/line that carries dresses with lace similar to what these dresses have (the dresses in the second row of the pictures above)?
The dress in the second row on the right is my DREAM DRESSSSS!!!!!!!!!!! but I can’t afford that price!

I thought the loop in your dress was common - I’ve seen them on every single bride’s dress that I’ve seen (and that’s quite a bit!)
Is $5000 the highest price you’ve seen or the average? Think any are around the $2500 range?
