One of the most frustrating parts of being a plus-sized bride is that I see all these wonderful ideas that smaller brides have, but know that it will be hard to find the clothing item in my size (if at all possible). Granted, I really don’t have any desire to wear a garter, but it would be great to wear those cute ruffle butt panties or the terrycloth wraps that other people wear.
No worries, friends. 
I have found sites that have the aforementioned items.
Hipsandcurves.com sells ruffle butt panties (albeit not in blue) that fit anywhere from 1X-3X. The panties are either white or red and are called “Rhumba panties.”
Two sites that have the terrycloth wraps are: Embroideree and Plussizebathwraps.
Now I’ll get to wear the ruffly panties I <3 and get myself and my bridesmaids the terrycloth wraps. The trouble I go through for a couple of pictures!
Anyone out there have other sources for ruffle butt panties for not tiny girls?

Also, Miss Peach posted DIY garter instructions that you could easily alter to fit a larger leg 
No ruffle butt panties, but Stockingrl has wonderful queen size stockings and pantyhose, in all sorts of styles, including real silk stockings. I’m both tall and big (well, I’m a 14) so I have a hard time with hosiery. They have great stuff, I’m about to order a few things. I’m defintely getting something from there to wear on my wedding day. I’m one of those people who thinks that a formal occasion deserves really nice hose. (Besides, I don’t like the look of my legs much, they’re pale and I have spider veins.)

lane bryant has something similar to it. but it more like all lace. lane bryant has started a bridal section. so you might want to check that out.
Thanks for the links, Miss Pearl!!! I’ve gotten some super cute undies from Lane Bryant, although I only get them when they’re on sale, cuz they are so expensive otherwise. They also have some pretty sexy corsets, which I love.
And I am SO IN LOVE with hipsandcurves now!!! They have decent bras for someone with my specifications….and they’re not all WHITE! YAY!!! lol, thank you again, Miss Pearl. You & Miss Kiwi = my new faves….haha
Yesssssssss! Thanks so much for sharing. I love the ruffle butt (that, or Mrs.Kennedy’s underwear with glitter screenprinting) and have always liked the bath wraps…but don’t know that we’d all wear them when getting ready (since it’s not in the hotel room).
Here’s an idea…..you could get the white ruffle butt panties and dye them blue, if you wanted them for your something blue!! They are too cute : )
