We finalized the menu the first week of February, but I waited till 18 days before the wedding to print the menu with my finicky Epson inkjet printer.
3-4 menus/table x 15 tables = approx. 45. Took 2 hours to print.
The text is in dark brown (which matches the invite and place card) and the fonts are those used in the invite as well (Script: Carlotta Block: Garamond). On the top is a diagram of how to make a paper crane (which will again match the invite and the place card).

I used 1 pack of 50, 8.5 x 11 Classic Linen Natural White 80lb paper (cut in half to 8.5 x 5.5; cutting cost additional) from Paper Presentation.
If you live in the city and are considering doing any DIY project with paper, I highly recommend stopping by Paper Presentation. (Of course, for non-NYC brides, you can shop online!). The store is at 18th Street across the street from Books of Wonder (Great independent children’s bookstore — for when you become a mommie) and the Cupcake Cafe.
