Pick A Flower, Any Flower

March 7th, 2007 @ 10:33 am by Mrs. Apple

I picked up my flower girl and junior bridesmaid dresses yesterday. Kids Impressions has a wide selection of flower girl dresses and ringbearer suits at a very reasonable price. I think it was the best price I’ve found thus far online and at retail boutiques. When I went in today, I browsed the aisles and noticed they had new dresses in. They were so cute, possibly cuter than the ones I picked! Ouch!

I really love my junior bridesmaid creme color dress with the sage sash, but I’m unsure about the color of the peach flower. Any suggestions on another flower/color choice?

i love the peach flower! but maybe bc it’s my color theme. AHAHA. sage green and white with peachy pink accents. ^_^

is that a flower on the front AND back? i think just the front one looks cute.

Adorable!. If the peach flower doesn’t fit your color theme you can always change it. It’ll take a little DIY but hopefully the flower is stitched/sewn on and not glued. Hibiscus flowers (blogged about previously on weddingbee but can’t remember who) sells amazing silk flowers that can be bought and you can replace the peach flower or go to your local craft store for flowers that match your theme.

I kinda like the peach flower on the front, but I’m really not crazy about it on the back. To be honest with you though if it was me I would do away with the flowers altogether and just use the sash.

I kinda like the flower, too. If you like the look of the flower, but not the color, you can always change the flower to a pink one. Aren’t you having some pink flowers in your gorgeous centerpieces? A pink flower on the dresses would tie in nicely. Or you could just do away with the flowers altogether and just use the sashes. That would be cute, too.

i’m with kellie, if it’s just a few easy stitches get rid of the flowers altogether. i think it would look adorably classic with just the sash.

Meredith- its located in dallas texas in the Sam Moon shopping complex. I believe its off 635/Harry Hines Blvd. I hope you live in dallas but if you call they might ship-not sure. Good luck!

I would pin on a real flower — will totally spruce up the dress and photograph beautifully. Our flowergirl wore a silk flower ringlet and I wish it had been real. Our junior bridesmaids wore wrist corsages — just right!
