Satin Shoes For The Sole

March 12th, 2007 @ 2:15 pm by Mrs. Kiwi

My shoes arrived on Friday and I couldn’t be happier. Despite the website saying the shoes were “champagne” in color, the label said ivory, which is hella cool. :) I tried them on at work, and I couldn’t be happier.

Even though my previous choices for wedding shoes were a bit “eh…”, these ones are just right. When she saw them, my boss said, “I thought they were going to be those super fancy wedding heels, but these are perfect!” That helped me feel a little more sure of what I had chosen.

The toes on the right foot felt a little pinched, but once I moved the straps around, the pain went away. The sole is non-slip, but the little piece under the heel isn’t (which I found when I was in the kitchen getting some juice).

Anyway, these are my shoes!

I love these shoes so much, I may end up getting them in other colors! I actually can’t wait to wear them, they really help minimalize the 14″ of difference between Mr. Kiwi and I!

I agree with Tessa, i wasn’t crazy about them until I saw them on you, awesome look!!! I’m having the same issue there is about 13″ difference between me and my guy and I’m such a klutz heels is a bad idea, so i might have to try wedges now that I know how cute they are : )
