Reader Kayley let us know that David’s Bridal is now offering sleeves on any of their strapless dresses!

Oh how I adore cap sleeves! It’s nice to see that they’re offering alternatives to the strapless gown because sleeves are hot! :)

I’ve been looking into putting cap sleeves on my dress. I need to find out how much a seamstress would charge for that.

My Maggie has cap sleeves - I thought it was fairly unique. I am planning to wear them for the Church ceremony and remove them for the reception. Such versatility! :)

Man! I adore the 3/4 sleeves - that was my biggest requirement for my dress, and left me with few options at the time (1 year ago.) if they had this sleeve option when I was shopping, I DEFINITELY would have done it! Thanks alot, David’s. :p

This is why I like you Mrs. Bee! Hooray for caps and sleeves. David’s bridal is not for me, but I am so glad to see this as an option.

Although those are pretty, you’d still need can’t wear a bra with straps underneath, which is (sadly) a requirement for me. Do they make fabric sleeves that aren’t sheer?

i thought that it looked so pretty in the catalog and online, but last saturday when i was there, i had the lady put it on to see how it would look, and omg it looks horrible on me. i think its just my body though, because i am petite. only 5′1, so maybe from my shoulder to the neckline of the dress is not a lot of space. sorry im horrible at describing, but basically it jsut doesnt look good on me. =(
