I cannot wait another day for our double bachelorette party in NYC this upcoming weekend. It’s a full fledged 3 day weekend extravaganza. We’re hitting these spots thanks to everyone’s helpful suggestions on weddingbee and friends/family. Oh, where would I be without my bees….sigh.
Friday arrival - check in hotel, shop in Nolita/Soho at www.themarketnyc.com (up and coming designers - I’ve been here before and loved it!), dinner at The Mermaid Inn, late night dinner/dessert/drinks at The Tour Restaurant.
Saturday - Clinton Street Baking Company for brunch, shop at Bleecker Street, Exotic Pole Dancing, Dinner at Tony DiNapoli, and Lotus NYC - celebration!
Sunday - Joe’s Shanghai in Chinatown for brunch and shop around, pick up some baked goodies and depart for home.
Me and my friend Becky (another bride) will be wearing white tops and everyone else will be wearing black, just so we stick out a little. Here are our picks.

No but I have my shoes picked out! I bought these before were engaged!
Just check the weather in NY! My friend got back yesterday and she had to buy some Uggs while she was out there cuz it was so cold.
also, the market is only open on saturday and sundays, although it hasn’t been open every sunday.
its 38 degrees btw today and i didn’t have to wear gloves, so it’s not that cold… but maybe by new york standards. 
I know I think it’s freezing cold in Dallas if the temperature goes below 50 degrees, but luckily there’s coat check almost everywhere you go in NY.
