Self magazine. It is one of the few non-wedding related magazines that I subscribe too. I love that its contents run the gamut - everything from easy workouts, healthy recipes, travel, fashion, makeup, and promoting an overall healthy lifestyle. I’ve always taken note of their yearly Self Challenge that runs every March through May, but have never been motivated enough to take part (no subscription necessary, by the way!).
But THIS is the year! I have 5.5 months left til the Big Day, so it’s now or never. While I am generally lazy in terms of logging in my food intake and my daily workouts, I am going to make a conscious effort to stick with it for the next few months. It’s great that I can log in from work or home and keep track… maybe this will keep me inspired and give me that extra boost that I am currently lacking. The websiteis absolutely great, with daily tips, workout ideas, recipes, your tracking tools, and even chances to win prizes!

Anyone else try the Self Challenge in the past? How did it work for you?
