The Search for the Perfect Earrings

March 27th, 2007 @ 11:57 am by Mrs. Plum

What sites do you recommend ordering earrings from?

I really need something that will go with my Haute Bride bracelet, but will come in faster than ordering a custom piece… I am searching for something in the style of Regina B and/or Haute Bride - super sparkly with a kind of antiquey-look.

Please help! My bridal portrait is in 2 weeks! shocked02

i like http://www.creme-de-luxe.com. they got a lot of cute earrings and the designer can help customize a set just for you.

oh yeah, for nicer costume jewelry, try nordstrom, saks, and even macy’s. maybe neiman since you are in dallas, too.

the earrings i posted about were from saks, and nordstrom also carries the manufacturer. i found a lot of cute stuff at both while cruising their jewelry counters.

I saw a pair of earrings on this girl the other day that matched your bracelet perfectly. they’re fake though and from express. ha - but they totally would go!

That bracelet is such a strong statement that I would skip earrings or just wear pearl or diamond studs. Take a cue from Hollywood style and have one piece be your signature piece without competing with the other jewelry. Otherwise, it can risk looking overdone/80s, especially when it’s obviously costume jewelry.

Post #5 mentions several companies and I will add my favorite: Jewels of Denial. They have many of the exact same products as Sparkles Forever at 30%-55% less. Plus they offer free shipping on ANY order size.

Just my 2 cents.
