i cant believe you get away with things like this. when i was engaged (even before i was engaged), mr. butterfly was not allowed to joke, make fun, or take lightly of anything wedding-honeymoon related. if he even made ONE joke that i didnt find funny - he was given the death stare down from me. i did not find his jokes (similar to yours) amusing at all. ahahah
Haha, this is pretty funny, I think he is joking right? Actually, I had the same thing happening to me before I was engaged. My Fiance was thinking about getting a cracker jack ring to propose. It’s special, only luck will find you one. Don’t worry, he will go for the real thing, as mine did in the end. But, hey, you should totally incorporate this into your wedding slideshow if you choose to have one.
She should get you a metro band (great name btw) with a diamond just to punish you. She should get one with diamonds all around the ring. I tried to get my hubby a band with a simple stone but he was having none of that. Not even a teensy teeny one. He just wanted simple white gold band. My mom thought I was selfish for getting two diamond rings (engagement and wedding), while he had none on his. It was so funny. She said why should I be the only one to get all the bling?

heheh, he sounds like me and my bf. we’re constantly making jokes about our future and getting married and stuff. good stuff!
making jokes can become into reality..unconsciously it get manifested into reality and people get married…it is planning your wedding…unknowingly :p
