Bissinger’s Confections

April 4th, 2007 @ 2:28 pm by Mrs. Bee

How absolutely scrumptious do these chocolate dessert shells from Bissinger’s Confections look? Fresh fruit or ice cream, especially when it’s presented this beautifully, is the perfect complement to a slice of cake in my book! $14.95 for 12 regular pieces, $18.95 for 9 large pieces.

These floral sugar cubes are also adorable for a springtime, garden, two peas in a pod themed wedding! $17/24 pieces.

for those of you that are handy at dyi, Jean Parƒ© (she writes all the “Company’s Coming” cookbooks) has a recipe for the chocolate bowls in her “Chocolate Everything” cookbook. You use melted chocolate and dip different sizes of balloons … I’ve done it, pretty great! :)
