Worrying

So, I’m officially worrying. Well, I’ve been *un*officially worrying for a long time, but now I feel justified.
Katie’s dress isn’t in yet.
6 weeks to the wedding, and my MOH might have to trot down the aisle in her tank top.
There will be concerned phone calls to the shop in question, especially considering we ordered the dress two months ago and even paid for rush shipping “just to be on the safe side.”
How long did it take for your bridesmaid dresses to arrive?

We ordered the girls’ dresses the first week in December and they came in the end of January so I am sure it will be here very soon. They had originally estimated March for delivery and they came in much earlier. Call the shop and have them check on it. I know the shop I worked with actually puts the wedding date as an entire month earlier on the order slips to be sure so maybe they can pull something like that to hurry it up if there is a delay on the manufacturer’s end.
We ordered right after Thanksgiving and they came in two weeks ago.
I have a confession. My wedding is September 22, and we ordered the bridesmaids dresses on March 31st. My dress, however, has NOT been ordered yet!!!!! I’m deciding between two dresses and set a deadline for myself of April 14th to make a decison. So, that means I’ll be ordering my dress just a little over 5 months from my wedding day. My bridal shop didn’t seem concerned, though! They said it would get here in July if I had ordered in March 31st with the bridesmaids dresses. So, if got it by the first of August or so, I think I’d be okay. But, I think I have really set myself up for some nerve-racking times!!!

we ordered our dresses in the middle of december but got them a month later though they quoted 2 months.
