The airline tickets have been booked for some time and now, I can happily say, that the hotels are too! Such a relief. We’re spending two weeks bouncing around Europe and I couldn’t be more excited! Here’s a quick look at some of the places we’re staying:
Hotel La Perle: Paris
Hotel La Perle is located in the very centre of Saint Germain, the Heart of Paris - also called the area of thirst due to its many restaurants and bars. The Louvre, Orsay Museum, Luxembourg Gardens, The Pantheon and the Latin Quarter are conveniently just a few minutes away by foot. The Hotel La Perle is at the centre of this vast entertainment.
Yet the calm inside our completely modernized 17th century jewel and its enclosed garden provides a restful contrast to the pulsating life outside.
Marcella Royale Hotel: ROME
The Marcella Royal offers to its clientele a WI FI internet connection service available in all the areas of the hotel which is happy to host everyone on the panoramic terrace, located by the 7th floor, with a breathtaking view of the city of Rome and its countryside, the so called ” roman castles “. On the terrace premises, in the good season, it is possible to enjoy the bountiful buffet breakfast which is offered to all clients as a courtesy of the house, or spend pleasant evenings drinking a cocktail while listening to the music of the piano bar. During the evening the hotel provides a light dinner service for those who are perhaps too tired to dine outside. Breakfast is also served in the Panorama room, aside from the terrace, fully airconditioned. Here is provided in the winter months evenings a coffee shop service. The large terrace, an authentic roof garden due to the large number of plants and flowers, includes a solarium for the good season. The hotel personnel speaks fluently English, French, German, Spanish and Indian.
Hotel Kette: Venice
The hotel located in a enclave of tranquility, only two minutes walking distance from Piazza San Marco, pass by en route the elegant and refined Via XXII Marzo visiting the better shops that Venice offers and arriving finally to the “Napoleonica delle Procuratie”: one of the most pituresque entrances to San Marco. Here, you are unexpectetantly thrown into one of the worlds most beautiful scenes dominated by the extreme height of the San Marco bell tower the notabile elegance of the dome of the Basilica and the precious mosaics of Palazzo Ducale, a master piece of gothic architecture.
Radisson Edwardian Vanderbilt Hotel: London Located in a prime location within South Kensington, the 4 star Radisson Edwardian Vanderbilt Hotel was once the London residence of the Vanderbilt family.
