I recently came across quilter Paula Nadelstern’s great list of fabric, ribbon, and bead shops in New York’s garment district. Perennial favorites MJ Trim, Tinsel Trading, Lace Star, and Mood Fabrics are included, but there are lots of other great craft stores to be discovered.

What a great list! One of the lace shops have a location in Miami, so I may have to check it out next time I am down there
