Bouquet: Parrot Tulips Arrive

April 13th, 2007 @ 10:39 pm by Mrs. Plum

After I got off work, I came home to open a box of my lovelies - they’re SUPER fresh (they were just cut and harvested yesterday from the farm!) and they’re just perfect! I ordered a box of 30 stems of the Weber parrot tulip (green and white). I would definitely recommend Flowerbud.com and will use them again in the future!

They arrived in this cute little green box that was perfectly designed to keep my flowers safe during transport - it was small enough to put in the door of my fridge.

View from the top - they were wrapped and packed tightly

They even had thoughtful little details like an embossed envelope! (haha I bet only wedding-obsessed people would even notice this…)

They came with care instructions and a little blurb about their company - see! they were cut yesterday (there was even a bit of dirt between the stems when I put them into water)!

And for fun, my fiance added a cute little note to the order - so when I opened my flowers, I saw this! (and yes, the msg is very typical Mr. Plum haha). happy07

Am i seeing things, or is the “little” box actually dwarfing the bottle of wine? It’s late, so forgive me if I am missing something.

Lynn - yes, it is larger than a bottle of wine, but it’s “little” in comparison to the usual boxes that flowers come in :) probably 1/4 the size
