He proposed after dating just two months - crazy, I know, but 2 years later, here we are, still crazy in love :-). We are having not one, but TWO weddings and TWO receptions in one weekend - American-style and Vietnamese-style - in Dallas, Texas, where I was born and raised!

As some of you may know, Sprinkles Cupcakes recently opened up here in Dallas, Texas. After hearing all of the hype and looking at their pretty website, I just had to go try some to see what all the fuss is about!

I went the first week the store opened and waited in line for about 15-20 minutes before I could even get into the store….

Here is my box after I lugged it around with me shopping all day… it’s sitting on top of my CPK box (Cali Club pizza- yum yum).

All in all, I think it was really good - they’re really cute, have tons of frosting that’s sweet but not overly sweet, and was just the right amount of moist.

Would I stand in line for them again? Probably not unless the line was only 5 minutes long.
