Another To-Do Off The List

We finally bought our wedding bands today! That Knot checklist sure puts pressure on you to get things done. Unfortunately I have about eight more red exclamation marks to take care of this month.
Anyhow, back to the rings. I went with just a plain 2mm white gold band because I didn’t want to take away from my engagement ring - the diamond is so pretty. Mr. Pumpkin went with a plain band as well with the brushed finish in the centre and the shiny finish on the edges (I’m sure those of you in the wedding planning area know what I am talking about - it is a pretty popular men’s band these days). We are also getting them engraved, just our initials and the date - we couldn’t think of anything more unique that would stand the test of time.

Haha glad I’m not the only one who feel the Knot’s pressure! Nice choice on bands, too - I think I will go with something just as simple, but let FH pick whatever he wants (he did, after all, have to spend tons of money on my e-ring since it had to be platinum :-/)
