I just heard from our photographer, Dennis Lee, that his friend will be able to do my makeup for our engagement shoot in a few weeks for FREE!! Who exactly is this “friend” and WHY would she do it for free, you ask? Well, lucky for me, she just happens to be Sonia Roselli, the most sought after makeup artist on the local knot board circuit! She is someone that I would never even consider because of her $500 minimum ($250 for the bride)! *ouch* She consistently gets rave reviews, and is especially known for her airbrush makeup. Apparently, she offers a free makeup session to Dennis’s brides for the e-session when she is available. YAY!! Sonia also does alot of commericial work, and the site for that is here.

Hrmm, now considering that I am planning on doing my own makeup on my wedding day, should I be concerned that I might look better in my e-pics than in my actual wedding pics?! I’d like to believe that every bride is stunning on her wedding day, right?Haha. If anything, at least I can learn a few pointers from her. I just hope she doesn’t pile the makeup on… I hate feeling “overdone” and unlike myself. It makes me want to take a paper towel and smear it all off, heh heh. Eeks!<
