I W-A-N-T, err I mean neeeeed that Alice in Wonderland cake. Me wants it, me wants it! [stomping feet] That would be my dream birthday cake. Can you tell Alice in Wonderland is my all time favorite book?

The Alice in Wonderland cake is amazing! I also love that Faerie one, minus the winged ones. Isn’t Miss Pearl doing feather-y elements in her wedding? That would look awesome!

Bonnie Gordon is wonderful! (She’s legendary here in Toronto, and very nice in person.) To the best of my knowledge, she’s not taking any wedding bookings now, to focus on her cake school. What a shame!

I went to her website and it’s true, she currently is focused on her cake design school and has taken a sabbatical from wedding bookings. I’m so excited though, I just booked one of her students to make her stunning signature hydrangea cakes. You can see them on her website!
