I went to Hobby Lobby in search of crystal beads to make my table numbers, but came out with these instead - ‘clay’ flowers. (the crystals were wayyyy too expensive!)
Materials needed:
-clay flowers (approx. 2 bunches per digit needed)
-your hands
-patience
the beginnings of a project…

roses
the assembly begins….
I just broke apart the original “bouquets” that the flowers came packaged in by ripping the stems out one by one/tearing the floral tape. Then I started twisting the roses together one by one and bent the wire as I went along, creating the desired number shape.

the calla lily number “1″ was easiest - I just left the two “bouquets” as is and twisted their ends together.
The lily of the valley was by far, the most difficult to work with, as they were smaller / had more delicate blossoms than the roses (and I didn’t have to take apart the callas). I also did not want to lose the integrity/look of the lily of the valley, so I had to be careful not to space them too far apart while trying to be frugal with the blooms to save money.
the final products:
I will hang these down from my centerpiece tealight trees…
what do you think? yay or nay? I’m undecided…
