Wedding Blog

We finally had our e-shoot with Melissa Chapman last weekend and it was so much fun! I was a little worried about how Mr. Pumpkin would be with all of the smiling and smooching but he had a great time and even exclaimed, “I think I am a pretty good kisser!” about halfway through the afternoon. Melissa did such a great job of making us both feel comfortable and I am so glad we did the e-shoot because now neither of us will be nervous about the photography on the wedding day. At first I thought it was an unnecessary expense since, in this digital age, so many of our friends and family could take some nice shots of us in the park for free but it was totally worth it and I think we will cherish these photos forever! I don’t have any of our shots back yet but here are a couple of Melissa’s pictures from her website of other couples over the past year.
