Parapluie’s Favor Boxes

May 17th, 2007 @ 2:22 pm by Mrs. Bee

Parapluie’s boxes provide the loveliest presentation for your favors by popping, unfolding, and nestling to reveal a surprise inside. They have so many pretty options, I can’t decide which I like best!

We used this as a retirement card for a scrapbooking coworker: each of us signed one of the “petals,” and we put a small gift inside. It’d make a nice shower gift if everyone had a chance to sign it in advance.

also, how about using the fleurish box as a ‘will you be my bridesmaid?’

along the idea of the scrapbook they show on the site, put pictures of you and the girl you are asking on each of the little flaps. you could even include girly wedding clipart to even out the design.

then, instead of a favor, on the bottom of the box it would read ‘will you be my bridesmaid?’ you could even include a fake ring or ring pop.

Love these. And they would be so easy to make yourself. What a fun way to spend an afternoon with your bridesmaids. I have a really easy for what’s called a 2-4-6-8 box that can be made from half of a 8 1/2 x 11 sheet of cardstock if anyone is interested. We are making 300 of these for my cousin’s wedding next month! They are costing us .30 and would cost over $3.00 if you were purchasing them.
