About Me: My FI and I met online, but we like to tell people that we met at a "cookie shop" which is the technical location of our first encounter. He proposed exactly 1 year, 1 month and 6 days after our first date (it's the only part of his proposal speech that I remember), and we're planning long-distance from Los Angeles for a July wedding in my hometown of Monterey, CA. I have a passion for all things "cool, cute and quirky" and I enjoy video games, reading blogs (WeddingBee, trashy celeb, consumer & political) and crafting in my spare time, if I have any!

3 Silly Similarities:
1. We’ve both been asked, “Is it really hot in there?”
2. Our parents share the same anniversary date: July 4.
(Don’t worry…red/white/blue dresses weren’t involved in their nuptials)
3. We both busted (and needed surgery on) our left knee playing non-contact sports….basketball for me and Ultimate for him.
3 Devious Differences
1. He’s REALLY good at video games, and I just try REALLY hard not to suck.
2. He’s a morning person…. I’m not.
3. He has insane cravings for spicy Korean tofu soup…. which is a problem since they don’t seem to respond when I ask for Korean soup minus anything spicy or any sign of tofu.

I’m a night owl with a morning person as well. When I hear that chipper “Good morning!”, it makes me growl… literally. 
YAY! SPICY KRN TOFU SOUP!
I’m a night person living with a night person, but I need to be at work at 6:30 am. I don’t think I’ve been on time once yet.
One of my favorite soup!! God, I miss Korean food. They will make it not so spicy if you ask them I think. That’s silky tofu which I love. I always ask for little extra spicy. My mom makes that same soup without spices sometimes (clear and no sign of red) and that’s delicious too.
my sisters LOVES kimchee chigae [or however you spell it]. i, on the other hand, do not. lol. i’m with a night owl too. while i’m not much of a morning person, i’m up with the sun and my guy can sleep. and sleep and sleep and sleep. whenever we’re together i have to wake him up so he can feed me. lol.
It’s CECIL the SAGEHEN!!!!! I’m a Sagehen! It’s so nice to see a fellow Pomona-ite!
My favorite part is when they ask ‘are you hot in there?’ and they they say ‘nah, they have airconditioning in those things’. Um…WHAT?? Where exactly do you think I fit that air conditioning unit??
