can you provide more details on the first pic?
i would love to do something like that..do you think it’s more affordable than cherry blossoms?

I’m not sure whether or not it would be more affordable than cherry blossom branches, but it can easily be done when flowering branches aren’t really in season - they’re curly willow branches with cymbidium orchids wrapped around the stems - all you do is take some wire and individually wrap each flower stem onto the branch in the desired place. It’s time consuming, but has a beautiful effect.

hi k! i’ve just been learning through doing / trial and error over the past couple of years - i’d love to take some classes, but they dont really offer anything like what i’m looking for in my area :) good luck with everything!

Hi Mrs Plum,

I know you mentioned early to wrap the orchids with wire. I was wondering how long they stay fresh that way? Also, the where did you get the vases for Mrs Apple’s center pieces (the tall ones). I really like what you did.

Thank you.

Kim - they’ll stay fresh for a couple days if you constantly spritz them with water and keep them in a cool area away from direct sunlight. The vases were purchased from one of my floral wholesalers.
